I contacted Pools Etc to assess repair or replacement of a Pentair Gas heater and two leaking solar panels on our roof. Our service representative was Alfredo and we were super impressed with him from every perspective. He was punctual, communication and explanations were excellent. Once we had a quote he scheduled a return to do the replacements and that experience was also excellent. Alfredo clearly knows what he’s doing with more than 20 years of experience and I can highly recommend him and his company for your pool maintenance and repair needs.
Since switching to freedom pool services, our pool has never been in better shape. They fixed a chemical imbalance from the previous service company, installed a new energy efficient pump, and weekly clean and keep the chemicals in balance. What’s most remarkable, is that when we provide feedback on the services, they actually want to hear how they can get better.
