I miss the old store, it was easier to get to and it felt more homey, this new place feels so out of place. Also I miss when they would write out how many cups of a chemical would be used and explain everything that needed to be done. I also don’t like like that I was pushed to try and buy something I didn’t need in my pool. It just felt more personal before and now it feels like a big Corporation took over and they are pushing products. It felt like a country store where you knew everyone, not anymore.
I love this place! I have used them for my pool needs for the past 3-4 years. They are always so helpful, kind, and looking out for their customers. Jessica is the best ever! She is always so helpful, gives great suggestions and is so knowledgeable and is always willing to help you trouble shoot issues.
We’ve used these guys for about 3 different issues we had with our pool over the last 12 months. I can’t say enough good things about them! Pricing was competitive and they are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
By far the best pool service company in the central Arkansas area. Don & his crew ALWAYS go above & beyond for their customers. He’s taken care of our pool for years & it’s because he & his staff truly care about doing good, quality work & doing what they say they will!!!
