This is the same company that originally built our pool 17 years ago, and it’s clear their commitment to quality and service has never changed. Shane and Jeremy, third-generation pool builders, bring a level of knowledge and expertise that truly sets them apart. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure every detail was handled with care. The entire team—from the office staff to the installers—was professional, friendly, and efficient. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and they were always quick to respond whenever we reached out. Our pool looks absolutely amazing—it feels like we have a brand-new backyard again. We’re beyond thrilled with the results and highly recommend Luxury Pools to anyone looking for top-notch service and craftsmanship.

I can't say enough good stuff about this company. The Lawson family and their staff were great to work with from the design phase, to the completed installation of our new pool. The entire process was fast, and everything that they said they were going to do was done, and done well. Anytime I made a request, I was met with a can do/will do response. From our first stop at the Conway store to one year later with our newly installed Caldera hot tub, our experience with the entire staff has been excellent. From the owners to the showroom floor associate to the maintenance technicians who came and set the spa up, we experienced nothing but professional friendly individuals who were helpful to us in all areas. Best of all I know that at anytime in the future I can promptly get whatever service or supplies I might need from them rather than searching the yellow pages for some fly by night hot tub technician that doesn’t have the right parts or the know how to help me and wasting countless days waiting without an operable hot tub.
