We are new customers to Townley Pool and Spa, and we have been impressed. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have answered every question that we have and walked us through step by step how to resolve issues with our pool. They even reached out to us a few days later to make sure we didn’t have any more questions. We will be recommending Townley Pool and Spa to everyone.
Not happy at all. We were told they would stay and setup the hot tub with chemicals and make sure all is working. The dropped off the tub and left. And tub does not work. as info Stephen is my son and we are partners in this purchase i do not appreciate the tone of your reply espcially after youir sales people said several times during the purcahse that we would be getting a wet install (this was a major point they kept repeating)i apprciate the quick responce and will update this review after repairs are made with my honest opinon of how thes rest of this goes hopefully it will be great but my expectaions after our converstation is lowshawn just left our place and everything is perfect he had us running in no time and did the wet set up and explained how the tub works very nice guyi will recommend Townley now

Visited Townley Pool and Spa in Conway last week and it’s very nice! The clean, spacious, welcoming showroom displayed multiple saunas, grills, & accessories. The staff is super friendly and helpful! We brought a sample of our hot tub water in to be tested and they rang the bell because it was perfectly balanced! ?? We’re so happy to have a closer option when we need supplies or to have the water tested!Thanks Townley!
