We could not be happier with our decision to hire Pyramid Pools and Patios for our pool remodel! When hiring a contractor, I am always very concerned because seldom do they deliver on promises made. In the past, I have been left unsatisfied because of high expectations set during the sales presentation and poorly executed work in the end. Pyramid Pools and Patios completely shattered that pattern and delivered on every single promise.I requested estimates from several other companies, but from the start, I was comfortable with Willy, who is one of the owners and assisted me personally from the estimate all the way to the final inspection. Willy presented all of the product and service choices, and we truly appreciated that there was zero 'upselling pressure.' Instead, his entire emphasis was on creating a remodel that we would be entirely satisfied with. We chose a beautiful sandblasted marble for the deck material and Sky Blue/Cool Blue plaster for the interior pool walls. Willy even scheduled an appointment at our convenience two separate times just so that we could view their large selection of decorative tile before we decided on a tile called 'Grand Central', which looks incredible combined with the deck and beautiful blue water.I was initially concerned that the timeline would be long and we would lose valuable summertime swimming, but the wait was only about three weeks, which we really appreciated and valued. The materials were delivered exactly when promised, and the crew was friendly. I could see right away that the work was high quality.They also showed respect for our home. The crew protected my driveway and grass to prevent any damage, and they carefully covered all of our new patio doors and windows across the entire back patio area. It felt great knowing the crew was respecting my property and that there would be no surprises. Any minor concerns during the renovation process were addressed immediately and without question. The job was completed on time, and the crew completely cleaned the entire work area before leaving.We are very pleased with Pyramid Pools and Patios, the staff, and the work that was done.
