Where to begin. Let's start with Paul the sales team guy. Great experience with Paul, he put me right at easy as soon as he arrived. He was the fourth or fifth guy I dealt with. Anyway we talked and I told him what we wanted. He gave his ideas. As he is leaving he says I'll have an estimate for you in about an hr. Wow some took days to a week to get their quotes. Estimate was very fair. Not the least but not the most expensive. It was very fair. Now for the company and how they handle you as a customer. Communication is 100%!! This company texted me from beginning to just now the end at every step of the way. I received a text every morning when workers were expected to tell me if and when they were coming. The job was done professionally from start to finish. All the different crews were hard working and arrived early and left when the work was completed. They were clean and efficient. The travertine looks amazing, the pool and the tiles we picked are just beautiful!! Highly recommend Sun Blue Pool Service to do your next pool you won't regret it!!!Thanks again
I'm coming up on my one year anniversary of my complete pool renovation and I couldn't be happier with the level of service and professionalism provided by Paul, Alan and their team. Alan oversaw every detail from the pavers to the tile to the day I jumped in for the first time. Unlike most contractors who abandon the customer once the job is done and they have your money Alan and SunBlue staff have been there every step of the way over the last year if I had questions or concerns. I highly recommend them for any job big or small.
