Our experience with Superb Pools was extraordinary. We met with other vendors and landed on Superb after we met with the owner at our house. He was thorough in his presentation, the price was competitive, and the suggestions of how we could accomplish the updating and refurbishing of the pool were very helpful. Most importantly, the company started the work when they said they would and finished on time. We have since referred them to other homeowners. We are very satisfied customers.
Very hard to find a good company in South Florida anymore never mind an elite company like I found here with Superb Pools. It started with Maria who took my information and got me the quote fast and it was more than fair. She stayed on it and got me scheduled. Then called back getting me in this same day. The gentleman's name is Will and he was right on time. His professionalism, understanding and knowledge of my needs was only outshined by his work. He even took the time to program and sync my new Pentair variable speed pump with the precise RPM,s and time settings while teaching me all I needed to know to do it myself. I STRONGLY recommend Superb Pools and Will!
We fell for the fake reviews and hired this company. Do not make our mistake. They should not be licensed to operate a pool business (let alone any business) and they cannot be trusted.We hired this company to repair a pool light, acid wash our pool tiles, clean & seal the brick pavers, and take over our ongoing weekly pool service for our saltwater pool.My husband left a more detailed review with pictures/ videos, but to make a long story short, our pool was left in far worse condition than it was found. The pavers were not cleaned and they put nearly 3x the maximum amount of salt that the generator allows. This led to a dirty salt buildup around our pool (of the tiles they apparently acid washed) and damaged the generator. We had to hire another company who has spent the last 3 days trying to clean Superb Pool's mess. To quote our new company, "Superb Pools clearly does not know how to service a saltwater pool."To make matters worse is how they have handled the situation. Instead of admitting they put too much salt and agreeing to rectify the situation, they continued to stress that this was completely normal and the salty rim "would be sucked in by the filter." This was a blatant lie, as the generator literally displays the salt content. Instead of trying to right their mistake, they've decided they would rather go to war with their customer. I think this speaks volumes to the type of people you are dealing with.Given this, I expressed that I would be disputing the charge with American Express and would let them decide what I owe, as I certainly did not feel like I should pay for a service that made our pool worse. Instead of making their case to American Express, which they are legally and contractually obligated to do, they are attempting to file a lien against us! Given they are using this as a workaround to the dispute with American Express, I don't have to stress how unethical and illegal this is.Given this, we have decided to file a formal lawsuit against this company and will be sharing our experience with media outlets, social media, and friends, family, and clients. We've also formally filed a complaint with the State, as they should not be licensed to service pools. Finally, we will be reporting this to American Express and whatever credit card processing vendors they use. Please save yourself the time, headache, and hassle we find ourselves in and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!Edit: since this company wants to continue to stress that they did nothing wrong, I have added pictures and videos for you to judge for yourself. In addition to putting 3x the maximum salt content, draining my pool without my permission, and damaging our generator, they apparently think this is what an "acid washed" pool and "power washed" pavers should look like. I will let you be the judge.
From their timely efforts to their exceptional service, Superb Pools made the Pool of my dreams into a reality. They even recognized a problem I wasn’t aware of and helped me fix it before completing the job. The fact they recognized the issue and didn’t blow me off is well worth this unsung praise they should be getting more. Well done! Highly recommend.
