After being recommended by one of my neighbors who also used them for a project several years ago, we used Hansen Pool Construction for our backyard pool/spa project, and overall I am really happy with how everything came out from start to finish.From the beginning, Hansen stood out because they were detailed and clear with the quote and communication. James was helpful on the sales side and even created a 3D video for us to better understand the vision. Throughout the project, Shannon helped keep things moving from a project management standpoint, and Josh/the field crew were great to work with throughout the actual construction.I also appreciated that Wes (the owner) stayed very involved, not only during the project, but even after everything was completed. He still checks in with me every now and then to make sure everything is running well and that we’re happy, which says a lot about the level of service and care they provide.The finished pool and spa came out beautiful, and it really changed the entire backyard. It was a big project (concrete throughout the entire backyard, swimming pool, spa, automatic fire bowls, and fire pit), but we’re glad we went with Hansen, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to build a quality pool.

We loved working with James to design a pool for our very small backyard. He was the only person who had a vision of an L shaped pool of the several quotes we had. Everyone who comes over always comments on how the space is really maximized. They sent someone from their company out for each inspection and were very easy to work with. We couldn’t be happier with our investment in our pool.
Hansen Pools have been incredible to work with from day one! They built our dream back and front yard and did it within the time frame anticipated even with hitting more rock than expected during the dig. Everyone we worked with in Hansen Pools were exceptional! From the moment we met with James, he fully listened to what we wanted and we were blown away by the design! The team were super patient with us dealing with a difficult HOA for approval. Shannon was awesome to work with through the duration of the project; she was super responsive, made sure we knew what was planned for when and went above and beyond to ensure we had the pool completed for Christmas! All of the construction teams that were involved did exceptional work. The team were very transparent with everything and having met with multiple pool companies, we can 100% recommend Hansen Pools! Let me begin by saying I highly recommend Hansen Pool Construction. Wes and his team were professional, responsive, communicative and attentive. They saved me from the nightmare I was in, as the pool company I was dealing with went bankrupt after the shockrete. I contacted Hanson Pools, they came right out and gave me an estimate. Now, we were very skeptical because of what happened to us and they were very reassuring and worked with us. They made our dream pool a reality, something we felt unobtainable at time. The attetion to detail was amazing, the crews they use are great and work with you. I would like to thank Wes, Shannon and James for all their work. Our dream is now reality!
