I had Rock of Ages Pools resurface our pool with MicroFusion glass pebble finish, resurface our slide, rebuild the slide steps, redo our waterfall, pour a new concrete pool deck, and replace all of the pool jets. Overall, we're very happy with the finished product.There were a lot of details they got right. I especially like that the pebble-colored drain covers blend in with the finish, and the cement around the skimmer lids was color-matched so everything looks clean and intentional. The waterfall came out beautifully, and the rebuilt slide along with updated rock features and new deck have completely updated the look of our backyard.The work started off very strong but slowed considerably in the middle, which seemed to be because the crew was spread across too many jobs. We also had an issue with the rock painting. The first color they used was much more reddish than what we had discussed. To their credit, they listened to our concerns and repainted it, and the final color came out exactly as we wanted.The first time they masked and protected everything extremely well for the paint, but the second time the prep wasn't as thorough, and we ended up with overspray on many of our plants and succulents. I hope the paint comes off the succulents in a few years but after 4 months it hasn't faded much, I wish this detail had been handled better for the second paint round.Eric stayed engaged throughout the project and made sure our concerns were addressed with touchups. I appreciate his willingness to make things right, their competitive pricing, and most importantly, the final result. If you're looking for a company that stands behind its work, is willing to resolve issues along the way, and ultimately delivers a beautiful finished product, I'd recommend Rock of Ages Pools.
We had Rock of Ages resurface and do some repair work on our faux rock surrounding our pool. Eric and crew did a fantastic job and we couldn’t be happier.
We had a wonderful experience with Eric and his team. They were professional, knowledgeable, and timely on all the work they did in restoring and making our pool beautiful again at a great price. They repaired rocks, revised waterfalls and restored the rock colors making them better than ever. Abel worked with us in getting the colors and shading of the rocks to our preference and his crew was awesome. Highly recommended!
My husband and I are very happy with our pool remodel. Rock of ages Pool and Landscaping is amazing. We definitely made the right choice for this project. The price was right with no hidden costs. The owners Eric and Kathleen are a great team and very experienced. Their crew aretop notch. Eric and Kathleen were easy to work with and yet very professional. I can be a little high maintenance when it comes to working with contractors. They were great with me. They kept me in the loop throughout the project. Both of them were patient, kind and always available to talk or text when I reached out. Eric was very instrumental in helping me make decisions. This was a big deal for me! This is the fourth time (over the last 17 years) I have used Rock of Ages Pools to refresh the rocks on my pool and decking area. Eric (the owner) has always shown me to be an honest and hard working individual. His pricing is competitive, but at the end of the day, you want a job done where the finished product looks really nice. Eric and his whole crew just knocks it out of the park.
