I've been dealing with Nathan and his service personnel since my pol was constructed ( 13 years ). They have helped me out of just about every type of pool issue imaginable; quickly and at reasonable prices. Artisan Pool is the only place I have gone to and have never been disappointed.

We recently purchased a Jacuzzi J-365 hot tub from Artisan Pools. The total experience was what we hope for when purchasing new equipment. When we entered the store we were greeted by Bruce then Nathan, the manager, courteously showed us each product and explained the advantages of each one. We felt Nathan had provided enough pertinent information that we purchased the J-365 hot tub before leaving. Delivery date was left open since we needed to have a deck construcred to fit the tub.After the deck was finished a delivery date was set. This is where Bruce and his crew immediately demonstrated that excellent service was as advertised. They arrived on time, lifted the tub to the edge of the grass lawn then expertely pulled it on a sled to position so as not to harm our grass. This was accomplished quickly without damage to the lawn or tub. After the install Bruce stayed to fill the tub, explain the basic controls and answer questions. He also reminded us that the user manual was a good source for additional information.We have only used the tub three times. It has exceeded all our expectations. I will report on the tub experience at a later date.I highly recommend Artisan Pools for the purchase and install of Jacuzzi hot tubs.
Nathan and his team did a great job at helping me with my Jacuzzi J235 hot tub. I needed a part and thankfully they had it in stock! Not only do they carry a wide range of parts for your hot tub, but they also have a HUGE selection of pool and spa supplies.Nathan was very knowledgeable at which part I needed, and helped with explaining the best way to change out the part. Their prices are competitive to what you'll find online, so not only will you get a great deal, but you'll be able to get certain parts the same day! If you're looking to buy a hot tub that comes with superb customer service and help with maintenance, these are your guys!
