Just an overall positive experience! From the initial meeting with Danny, to review size and feature options, all the way to post install education and troubleshooting, Copano Pools delivered. The construction team was respectful, incredibly efficient and cleaned up at the end of every day. They were open to the endless list of questions we had and offered insight into ideas that we pitched. We enjoyed them so much that we asked them all to stay for dinner one evening. Even received a visit from the owners to look at the end result. Incredible company and I’ve been recommending this team for a year now.
We shopped around for a few weeks, No one could beat Copano Pools from Corpus Christi. They had the best prices and the quickest start time! So many pools to chose from, we also added extra lights,a rock fountain, a handrail,a heater, and cooler, we chose a saltwater version. They were here everyday without fail. Eric Neal aka Rod (Owner of Copano Pools) was always checking in on the progress.Even after the pool was completed he’s been back 3 or 4 times. I slipped the very first time getting in the pool,I had chosen the wrong type of pool rail, I should have chosen one that let me hold onto it till I got down into the water. I had a complete tear of the rotator cuff, emergency surgery a few days later. I returned back home to a wonderful surprise,Rod had replaced the handrail with a much better option!He helped us contact the the water fountain installer to report a leak.We had trouble with the motor a few days before our grandchildren were coming in for a visit. We contacted the manufacturer but they couldn’t help us within a timely manner. Rod replaced the motor in a day! He even sent it back to the manufacturer for us and filed the warranty for our replacement.Copano Pools is The Best !
We are extremely happy with Copano Pools. We looked at 4 other pool companies before selecting Copano Pool, there’s no doubt we made the right choice. The crew that installed our pool was excellent they completed our Sundial pool in 1 week. They took personal pride in their workmanship and worked together like a fine tuned team. The waterfall came out beautiful.
You hear all these horror stories about building a pool, dealing with the contractors and the whole process is a disaster………well The Copano Pools & Spas Family is the exception to that rule! This was our first build and the whole process has been seamless. We had great communication and a wonderful experience with Danny, the girls in the office, Jaime and his building crew and Fernando and Julie. They all worked hard and did a fabulous job all the way around. If you are looking for a company that doesn’t make you feel like you are just a number or $$$$ then I would recommend this one.
The entire Copano team did an awesome job from start to finish. My kids and I love our new pool. Adding the heater was a plus as we are able to get in even if it is 70 degrees outside. Rod was always available for questions and Javier, along with his crew were very respectful and kept a clean job site. I highly recommend Copano pools to whoever is thinking of getting an in-ground pool. Thanks for making my vision a reality!!!
