I have had an extremely positive experience with the purchase of my Infrared Sauna and Cold Plunge. The sales process, installation process and customer service experience was, and continues to be outstanding. My original cold plunge was delivered. I had it for about a week. It never worked correctly. It was a floor model and was offered to me at a discounted price. Two individuals stand out to me at Aqua Paradise. Mark Berry, Sales Manager at the Laguna Hills store, swapped my bad cold plunge out for a brand new one and still honored the discounted price. He did so without me even asking. Additionally, on the service and installation side of the business, Ricardo Jenkins delivered outstanding service on several occasions. He went above and beyond the call of duty. First, he spent a lot of time painstakingly building my sauna inside my home. He was very respectful of my home, ensuring that nothing was disturbed in the room where the sauna was being placed Additionally, he spent several hours trying to fix the original cold plunge. He came on two different days, ultimately to no avail. When the new cold plunge arrived later in the week, he installed it easily and efficiently. Several days later, I was having difficulty performing a particular function on the control panel. I called Ricardo directly on his cell phone. He did not have an immediate answer for me. After we hung up, he apparently did additional research. He called me back and walked me through how to perform the function. He then sent me a screen shot of how to perform the function. Overall, my experience with Aqua Paradise and Mark and Ricardo in particular, has been outstanding. I highly recommend this business!!!
Bought a Jacuzzi Hot tub on Offer-up. It took me a while to get it fully installed. Once I did the Jacuzzi was experiencing a external leak behind the waterfall and was consistently overheating. Called Aqua Paradise to send a tech to help me resolve the issues. Aqua Paradise sent out Ricardo Jenkins to resolve my issues. Ricardo was extremely friendly and honest. He told me that he adjust the hose on the leak and that I should be good on that front and quickly identified the overheating issue as the thermostat. He had the part in his vehicle and replaced it promptly. Service call took no more than 20 minutes and he resolved my issues. Would highly recommend Aqua Paradise for any service needs on your hot tub.
Sterling gave stellar repair and cosmetic work to our spa! Full transparency in costs; no unwelcome surprises, fair pricing for parts and labor. His attention to detail was impressive and he made excellent suggestions too. It looks brand new and he taught us so much about how the spa works and managing the water chemistry. Well worth the investment! Highly recommend!

We purchased a 355 Model today and can't be any happier. We worked with Patrick and Christine and recommended this store if interested in a Jacuzzi.So here's an update on only the Jacuzzi after only 6 months.. Once you buy the Jacuzzi Christian and his staff will no longer help you in a professional and timely manner and everything you need will be on back order. You can't even get replacement filters for hour Jacuzzi and it's been weeks and he has no idea on when he'd be getting filters. We've been waiting for our correct color steps for our Jacuzzi since we purchased it but his answer is it's always on back order. In the last 6 months of working with this Jacuzzi store I have realized that I will never purchase any products from this store again and I might even lose faith in the Jacuzzi brand unless this hot tub holds up to its name.Overall the service at the store is well below poor and I cannot believe how hard it is to get ahold of somebody. Just know if you leave a message they will not call you back.
