OC Pool Boys has been servicing my pool for the last three years, they show up every week, and treat all the gates with care, decking, walls, they are aware of there surroundings for sure. I've had many pool men come service my pool throwing there equipment aggressively on the ground, causing damage to the decking over time, we have travertine tile. These guys not at all, they set there equipment down as if it was made of glass. Very considerate and professional. These guys go the extra mile. Anytime the pool equipment breaks the repairs are done same day, if not the next day. Great job guys!

By then, our pool had turned completely green.Kris scheduled an appointment for the very next day, gave us a two-hour arrival window, and showed up right on time in San Clemente.He cleaned our salt cell, inspected the equipment, and let us know that our filter grids were broken and needed to be replaced. Everything was completed promptly and professionally.Before leaving, Kris told us he would return in a couple of days to check the chemical levels and help us brush the pool. Kris with O.C. Pool Boys is fantastic to say the least!I bought my house a year ago and it came with an above ground spa which I loved and the homeowner said maintenance was a piece of cake and he did it himself. I thought how hard can it be?Well, if you have patience and don't mind spending a bunch of money on crap you may or may not need and aren't afraid of trial and error then great but in my case the first time I tried it I ended up having Suds overflow all over the place. It was a disaster to say the least!I immediately went to Google and Kris answered the phone and calmed me down and talked me off the ledge. He came out to take a look and suggested I drain it and start over cuz we have no idea when the last time it was drained. That process was pretty simple and easy and the price was cheaper than I thought. Now kris comes on a weekly basis to clean and maintain it and make sure the chlorine level and all the other stuff in it is within the proper range. The weekly price is within budget and I'm just glad I don't have to deal with it.Love that I have a Dependable Spa guy and even better love chilling in my backyard and relaxing at the end of a hard day and not have to worry about a thing other than what kind of Margarita I'm going to have next! ????
Kris is amazing! We live in Laguna Niguel and our jacuzzi that is enjoyed every day had a pump go down. ChatGPT recommended O.C. Pool Boys as the first to call and technology delivered! Kris answered the phone (rare!) and was at our house the same day! Pump was installed flawlessly and we’re back in the spa! He was professional, easy to work with and charged a fair price for the work required. Kris is also helping to replace our spa cover. We could not recommend Kris and the team at O.C. Pool Boys more!!
