After a not so great online experience (return) with an unnamed store, we 11/10 recommend Rainforest Outdoor Living! Aside from amazing products. The customer service and care (with an awesome side of humour) are next to none!I started my search for the amazing part furniture using the online chat feature and communicating with Stuart, who was super helpful and very prompt in replying. We then drive to the store and dealt with Marcus, who, is hands down one of the greatest sales associates we have dealt with. Both my husband and I walked out of the store saying, “what a great guy”!Rainforest Outdoor Living saves Summer! ahaha they provided a great experience and beautiful furniture that will elevate our Summer (and Fall) and last for many more Summers to come.Thank you Stuart, Marcus and Rainforest crew who are assembling and delivering! Five stars just don’t seem like enough.
We found ourselves working with Rainforest after our original hot tub dealer closed up shop. It started with a warranty call with Dave, and he was freaking amazing fixed the problem lickity split and gave some great suggestions for cleaning products. Dave noted some cracking in the acrylic and said that should be a warranty replacement and said he would look into it.Now keep in mind this is NOT a brand they carry. And wouldn’t you know it Dave got the warranty replacement through!!!!! We were both flabbered and gahsted!!!Delivery day rolls around que Sam and Cody, these 2 fellas not only went over and above in the delivery they provided quite possibly the FINEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I in my damn near 50 years of life have ever experienced!!Angelo, Dave, Sam, Cody and the rest of the Rainforest team thank you for your amazing care and support!!!!
Purchased a swim spa/hot tub combination - a huge investment for us even with the great sale price. The aftercare from this team is great. Lots to learn and they are always available to answer questions. The tech had to stop by once after installation to help us with a jet that was stuck and had it handled in no time. Also from some of the staff comments it seems like a good place to work which is important to me as a purchaser. We are just under a year in and very happy and would purchase any of our patio porch items from them
Thank you for the great Napoleon fire table. Your brought it from the warehouse and had it assembled in a matter of hours! . The service was excellent, great products and product knowledge and affordable prices.. thanks we couldn't be happier!
I am so impressed with the service I receive from Rainforest! Their mechanic Dave goes above and beyond helping me out with our inground pool mechanicals! I cannot recommend him enough (and a shout-out to Sandy with her help regarding the chemicals)
