Great staff and prices. I do wish that they were open on Sundays in the summer, but respect their decision not to.
I purchased the wrong product that was not even opened. When I went to return it because I had purchased the wrong thing that I needed. I was told they don't take any returns back that is terrible customer service policy. When I wanted to get the right thing I needed they would even give me credit. So $65.00 later I have to eat product that was purchased by mistake. This is terrible company will never be back or do business with them again. BEWARE BEFORE BUYING
My experience with this company was excellent. I had a hot tub that was leaking, they came and had to transport it to the shop. They worked diligently to locate the 2 hair line crack in the heist. This was not easy to locate these. Upon returning my hot tub they were extremely meticulous about the property, the position I wanted it placed on my new concrete slab. I have to say , Aiden, I believe that was the person who oversaw this job was very detailed in the work. They even cleaned the inside as well as my cover. I would highly recommend them for any pool or hot tub purchase! I want to give a special thanks to Michelle for working so hard to get this situation rectified! Thank you very much
From a recommendation of our contractor, my wife and I visited Signature pool and spa when looking for a hot tub. from the moment we met Ray, our sales associate, we were confident we were at the right place. His knowledge and demeanor was comforting, he was patient and informative. He was forthright, candid and professional as we explained our depth of knowledge and what we were looking for. Fast forward after looking at several different models, we made or purchase on the spot. the sales process was easy and comfortable. The fact they are a local business from our town made it even easier to make the decision. From that point forward, the installation and instructions to get our spa up and running were concise and clear, for first timers this is important.Aidan and the install team were professional, polite and thorough. After we had the electric run and moved toward filling and start up, I had questions. The folks at Signature answered the phone, they responded to emails, they were extremely helpful navigating the way to getting us up and running. The electric was completed and we started filling the spa, I called to get service to come give us the tutorial. They had a tech at my house the next day to help walk us through full start up and chemical requirements.I can't say enough positive about Signature Pool and Spa. Again every person we dealt with was confident, professional and courteous in demeanor and conversation. Top notch organization. Highly recommend using them for pool and spa needs.
Due to manufacturer delays outside of their control our spa was delivered a little later than expected however the delays were communicated and updates provided. Excellent common and service. I’m looking forward to enjoying our spa and will use Signature for all of our pool and spa needs. Thank you!
