Just started going here this year do to unfortunately closing of our regular pool place but glad we did. Bought our seasonal opening supplies there earlier then had such a busy summer with weddings, graduations and so on that our pool got a bit cloudy. When we returned to figure out the problem we were greeted with a gentleman who took the time to crunch some numbers on our sample and pointed out to perfect solution. End result is sparkling water for the grandkids and everyone else. Thanks for the help. We will be back yearly.

I have never had a bad experience, in fact, just the opposite I always find the staff to be attentive, professional and knowledgeable.Recently, when I found myself in a real pickle I texted the store, explained my issue and by the time I drove to them a solution was ready for me. And the problem did not involve a piece of equipment I bought from them but rather from a competitor who did not offer any help. Shannon, in the liner department, answered all of our questions and updated us on installation schedule. The installer, Dan, fixed the flaws in the floor of the pool and made sure the liner fit perfectly in our kidney shaped pool. I highly recommend Pool Source for all of your pool needs.
