Integrity Pools

I was concerned recently when we were informed that we were losing our pool service person Georgia due to change in routes. She has been excellent. Our new person Kyler started and alleviated all my concern. He is thorough, hard working and keeps me informed. He lets me know how the pool chemistry is doing and what he had to add to correct any of the values. The pool is sparkling when he leaves.

Everyone at Integrity Pools has been great. We've been relying on them for a couple of years, now. This time, Chris V. came out and quickly diagnosed the issue we were having and recommended a solution. He was quick, professional, personable, thoroughly knowledgeable, and very patient with our lack of knowledge. An overall great experience.

I just wanted to update my previous review to give a shout-out to our weekly service tech Kyler. He always does a thorough job and doesn't just rush through. His service is always 5 star. Needing repairs to pool equipment is never something you want to have done, but the team at Integrity made the experience less painful. Their tech, Ryan, was a great guy to deal with - always with a smile and easygoing demeanor. I highly recommend them for repairs and weekly service. We use them for both.

Ryan, Chris and Samuel were all great to work with. Samuel was here checking on progress each step of the project. Chris V. was right on time and got the job done quickly. He was very nice and cleaned up after himself on the job. The remodel turned out better than we could of imagined. Integrity Pools has done a great job on my pool and I highly recommend this company

They communicated so well with us every step of the way, never upsold us on things we didn’t need, and made sure we had everything we needed. They’re one of the most honest and thorough companies we’ve ever worked with! Our backyard is an absolute oasis now!

Lance was an absolute professional. He came out reviewed my pool and what needed to be done, he discussed my options, setup a time to get the job done. Originally it was setup for 2 weeks, later he called me a told me that it could be done in a day or 2. The work has been done and it is a fabulous job. Well done and thank you Lance for all the followup that you have done.

We have used Integrity Pools for 3 years and are very pleased with the full service. Jim texts when he’s arriving and when he’s done. He takes his time and leaves our pool & hot tub looking pristine. We have used a lot of pool companies over the years and Integrity is by far the best!

I am so glad that I found Integrity Pools. Maria was very helpful in getting the appointment set up with the repair team. Great communication from the quote process with Chris, to the project management process with Lance. Lance has been a great help with any questions that came up and kept me updated on timing of the tile work, mastic replacement and equipment upgrades…all at competitive prices. There is a reason Integrity Pools was on the Best Pick Reports. We weren’t even sure we could a decent size pool in our yard, but David came in with an incredible design and made it come to life with the help and huge efforts of their contractors. They’ve been around a while and knew who to call or where to go when we hit any bumps with electrical, plumbing, patio etc. Dustin was the lead on the build process and was very easy to get in touch with and kept us updated throughout. 10/10 recommend Integrity Pools.
