I was concerned recently when we were informed that we were losing our pool service person Georgia due to change in routes. She has been excellent. Our new person Kyler started and alleviated all my concern. He is thorough, hard working and keeps me informed. He lets me know how the pool chemistry is doing and what he had to add to correct any of the values. The pool is sparkling when he leaves.
Everyone at Integrity Pools has been great. We've been relying on them for a couple of years, now. This time, Chris V. came out and quickly diagnosed the issue we were having and recommended a solution. He was quick, professional, personable, thoroughly knowledgeable, and very patient with our lack of knowledge. An overall great experience.
I just wanted to update my previous review to give a shout-out to our weekly service tech Kyler. He always does a thorough job and doesn't just rush through. His service is always 5 star.Needing repairs to pool equipment is never something you want to have done, but the team at Integrity made the experience less painful. Their tech, Ryan, was a great guy to deal with - always with a smile and easygoing demeanor. I highly recommend them for repairs and weekly service. We use them for both.
Ryan, Chris and Samuel were all great to work with. Samuel was here checking on progress each step of the project. Chris V. was right on time and got the job done quickly. He was very nice and cleaned up after himself on the job. The remodel turned out better than we could of imagined. Integrity Pools has done a great job on my pool and I highly recommend this company
