Had a great experience working with Isaiah to get an H-40 hot tub and Vigor cold plunge for my back yard! He was very knowledgable about the products, friendly, and responsive. He got me every discount he could, which allowed me to get more than I initially thought I could.Scheduling delivery was simple and timely. The delivery men were right on time, quick with their task, careful with the products, and very polite.The products are so easy to use and of wonderful quality.The one thing I don’t LOVE about my H-40 hot tub is that when draining it, the last 4 or so inches of water can’t drain out because the drain sits too high. But considering I’m not planning on draining the hot tub often, it’s not something I’m bothered enough by to knock off a star.I highly recommend anyone considering a hot tub to seek assistance from Texas Hot Tub Company, and ask for Isaiah specifically!

That really helped make our decision and the transaction was super quick and easy!The installation guys were great as well. They showed up on time and were very efficient in getting everything installed. They aren't allowed to install the tub inside the house but they made it as easy as possible for us to get it in and positioned where we wanted it.Isaiah and the service team have also been incredibly responsive post installation quickly answering all the various questions I've had.All around great team!
