When they assured me I didn't need a service to fix my pool water- that they could coach me through it, I had no hope. Within 3 weeks of me following their directions my pool was saved. And for HUNDREDS of dollars less in chemicals than their competitors have been trying to sell me and my elderly mom year after year.I will never go anywhere else for my supplies as long as they are open. Please the the nightmare before photo (05/31/22) and the one from today (06/23/22) and it will speak for itself.We have a grecian center step inground and a large cartridge filter system.
These guys are great. I just bought a house with a pool, and I know nothing about pools, except that mine needs a lot of work! They're very helpful telling me what I need to do to maintain/fix my pump, my filter, the chemicals. The prices they given me are fair compared to other pool supply stores and even online stores. I'm pretty hands on so I'm doing the work mostly myself, but they also will service your pool for you. With some help from them I'm quickly getting my pool in good shape.
Joe and Karen are excellent. They will help you with all pool chemicals. AlthoughJoe mainly works on in-ground pools, he will talk you through what needs to be done with above ground pools. Much better than NAMCO. Aztec will NOT sell you anything you do not need.
