Three years in a row we called Barrett when the pool needed water. He came the next day as promised and was pleasant to work with.Price is fair and in our case, he was very dependable.
Really disappointed. Called the guy and spoke to him over the phone after another water company blew me off. Told me he'd be at my house between 9-10 am the next day. We discussed the size of my pool to make sure he had the right water amount and everything. An hour after he should have shown up I call him. He had the wrong address for me, never called to clarify with me and then when I told him my address again he told me it was too far and he doesn't come that far. Frustrating and wish we could have established that before I made plans.
