Vinny did a great job designing our pool, and overall, we’re happy with how it turned out. That said, I’d caution future customers to pay close attention to the warranty process.We’ve encountered a relatively minor issue: two pipes feeding jets to our hot tub have settled and cracked. Given that we spent $350,000 on this pool, and the repair is likely in the $1,000–$2,000 range, we expected it to be handled under our 3 year warranty—as it clearly should be per the agreement.Unfortunately, when we reached out, Vinny responded initially but then said he was too busy to deal with it. Since then, he has stopped responding altogether.
I'm going to share.my experience even though vinnie did not do our pool because it was not in our budget. Vinnie came over and gave us the most honest opinion about price and budget. At no point did he try and sell us a job we could not afford. He even offered to review another company/competitors contract for free. Vinnie is honest and could of just blew us off like many others since covid all do now. If I had the budget this is the guy to use.
Being in the construction business myself the most frequently comment I hear from new customers is,”I wish I had meet you sooner”. Sometimes a builder or contractor is hired because he is the cheapest price and people think he will do the same quality work as someone who is a master of his craft.The job may look good but soon the shortcuts start to show up . My pool was built over 20 years ago without any problems except for some equipment upgrades. If “the other guy” had built my pool the price would probably of been more for repairs afterwards and I wouldn’t have the piece of mind knowing I could enjoy it for a long time. Will update at the 25 year mark.
GSOFCT contracted with Natural Aquatics in 2022 to design and install a brand new pool at Camp AnSeOx in Oxford. This pool needed to meet the needs of our users and be accessible to anyone who would use it. Natural Aquatics went above and beyond to fully design a pool that features a zero egress entry point. A small splash area with water features. An area for moderate swimmers and an area for advanced swimming. Natural Aquatics from design to completion was an excellent partner in this endeavor. The quality, craftsmanship and guidance in properly running this complex water feature has been un matched. Their work speaks for itself. We look forward to a lasting relationship in the future.
