From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was done right.Chad took the time to explain all the details clearly, answered every question without rushing, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell he really knows the products and cares about customer satisfaction, not just making a sale.What stood out most was his responsiveness and follow-through—he made sure everything was handled properly even after the initial setup. It’s rare to find that level of professionalism and attention to detail these days.I would highly recommend asking for Chad if you’re considering a spa or pool purchase. We just bought our Finnleo Sauna at Orange County Pools & Spas in Brookfield. The staff was great and was able to answer all our questions. The delivery was seamless and on time. The delivery crew was courteous and did a great job setting up our sauna. We love our new sauna! It was worth every penny. We use it several times a week. It's great for sore/tired muscles and a great way to relax. Our adult kids love using it to. And given how frigid this winter has been, we're feel so lucky to have the sauna! We highly recommend Orange County Pools & Spas in Brookfield!!! Our only regret is that we didn't purchase our sauna sooner!!
Couldn't ask for a better experience! Orange County Pools & Spas was just fantastic to work with. I knew absolutely nothing about hot tubs and they patiently walked me though the process from beginning to after the delivery and setup.They showed me several options and walked me though many different makes and models based on what we were looking for. They encouraged us to take our time and do our own research. They communicated about our order after the purchase and setup delivery in no time. The delivery guys did a wonderful job too. Delivering right after a snow storm!After I had the tub a few days they followed up, helped me setup the app and talked me through all the features. Couldn't have asked for more!
Just bought a hot tub from Orange County Pools. I cannot say enough good things about these people. The sale was easy and fast. The delivery guys were on time, well equipped and they set the tub exactly where I wanted it. I did have a problem with the tub a few days after delivery. I called the service line at 4:30....and a service tech was at my house 9:00 the next day. He fixed it quickly and gave me a few pointers on the tub I thought I already knew.These people are legit !! If you're going to buy a tub......do it at Orange County Pools.BTW ....They have a sweet showroom on Federal Rd in Brookfield. ????
