Premier Pools & Spas of East Bay

I can’t recommend Taylor and his team at Premier pool and spas highly enough! They designed and built our custom pool and spa in Brentwood, CA, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the initial design to the final pool fill, everything was completed in just 7 weeks, which was incredibly impressive for a custom build. Taylor was fantastic to work with—he listened to what we wanted, offered great design ideas, and delivered a stunning finished product that completely transformed our backyard. What really stood out was their communication and customer service. We were kept informed throughout every phase of the project, and any questions we had were answered quickly. The crew was professional, reliable, and took pride in their work. The end result is a gorgeous pool and spa that our family enjoys every day. If you’re looking for a pool builder in the Brentwood area who delivers exceptional quality, stays on schedule, and truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend Taylor and his team at Premier. We couldn’t be happier with our new backyard!

We truly could not be happier with our experience with Premier Pool & Spas. From beginning to end, the communication, professionalism, and follow-through were excellent. Building a pool is a big project has a lot of moving pieces, but their team made the entire process feel organized, manageable, and genuinely easy to follow. The staff was wonderful throughout every phase of the project. Communication was always strong, our questions always answered quickly and when we needed clarification or an update someone was responsive and willing to help. We always felt like our pool project mattered and that the team was committed to making sure things were done correctly. A HUGE shoutout to our Project Manager, Brian Holland, who was absolutely amazing and thorough. Having a PM who communicates, follows through, stays on top of the details to makes sure things keep moving makes ALL the difference on a dream project like this. We felt seen, supported throughout the entire process giving us much peace of mind. The service wasn’t limited to one just person— the entire team played an important role and we are grateful for all the effort. Everyone we spoke to from Premier was professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with. Even through the normal questions and little stresses that came with an our pool project, they were responsive and worked hard to keep everything moving forward. Now that everything is finished, we are so grateful- it is exactly what we hoped it would be—a place for our family to enjoy and make memories for years to come. We would absolutely hire this team again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering building a pool. Thank you to the entire Premier Pool & Spa, team for the communication, hard work, patience, and care you put into pool project. We LOVE how everything turned out and so happy we chose you!
