Im glad I went with Pleasure Pools & Spas. If you're buying a pool from them do yourself a favor and ask for Mickey! He is friendly, respectful, patient and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me about him is he doesn’t ghost you after the sale. I am used to salespeople after you sign on the dotted line wanting nothing to do with you. That is not Mickey. He has consistently responded to all of my emails and text questions long after the paperwork was signed and the pool was delivered and installed. His customer service is phenomenal and made this whole pool process smooth as butter.
I recently purchased a hot tub from Pleasure Pools and Spas, the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. our salesman, Cole was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure even let my highly energetic son run around in the showroom and played catch with him so extra cool points for that ????. The delivery and installation process went smoothly, and everything was completed professionally and on schedule.The quality of the hot tub has exceeded my expectations. It’s well built, easy to operate, and has already become one of my favorite ways to relax after a long day.I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality hot tub and a hassle free buying experience. Steve took considerable time in helping us decide on patio furniture! He was exceptionally considerate of us trying to decide on the style of furniture, but once that decision was made, was more patient with us deciding on the available options. He was so helpful AND patient that when we left, the store had already been closed for over 40 minutes. Im new pool owner and they helped me get my pool opened and also came out to help me with another issue. Both times 10/10 service and super friendly technicians. Call outs to Cody Leibovitz for very fast scheduling and support, and Brian for helping show me some quick tips and fixes. Few ither staff I didnt get their names but they helped fix my backwash pipe in less than a minute.
We have boughten a hot tub from pleasure pools before and had great service and no problem with our hot tub. We moved and knew we needed another hot tub so we went back to pleasure pool. Steve helped us pick out the perfect one for us. He didnt rush us when we couldn't decide right away. Cant wait for it to be delivered. Thanks again!!!!
