Dave helped walk me through the buying process of my pool years ago. I was very impressed and thankful i chose Knickerbocker Pools as my company. I understand that new sales are typically where people are motivated, however, i had a service issue recently and reached out to Dave to see how to get support. I was blown away by the level of service I received. Dave was responding to things after hours, calling me to walk me through troubleshooting and saw it ALL the way through. There was no sale, there was no reason he himself even had to deal with it. He could have easily moved me on to a store rep or service call. However, he went above and beyond to do the right thing and I am truly grateful to see service like this.

Knickerbocker is the best! I have the Jacuzzi j-355 with the big lounger seat and absolutely love it. Initially a couple of jets weren’t working properly but Dave and his team were very considerate and persistent in resolving the problem. Knickerbocker stands behind what they sell. Fabulous products and fabulous customer service, can’t recommend them highly enough!
