Called David (Sales Mgr) at 8:30 at night and explained to me they would have a team over first thing in morning to handle this situation caused by myself. within 1 hour Austin Knickerbocker and Dave Kramer called and stated all back together....Now that is what I call Service!!!! Scott and another gentleman were here to help figure out why my heat pump would turn itself off. Sorry I don’t remember the other guys name but both were super friendly and I think we found the issue. They believe it was a timer setting on our pool heat pump that was causing the issue. Scott figured out how to turn it off so we will see if it happens again. Again both guys were great and Knickerbocker pools did a fantastic job on our new pool.

Awesome service technicians (Scott & Jerry). Hot tub is about seven or eight years old. I practically use it every day, so it has its fair share of wear and tear. These guys worked very hard and diligently to get it running like new again. I highly recommend Knickerbocker for our And ground swimming pool and our hot tub.

Pool pump died yesterday. So I went to Kickerbocker and bought a new pump. Today the technicians removed the dead pump and installed the new one! Very professional business! Yea!
