We did our homework and looked around extensively for a pool installer in our area but couldn’t find exactly what we were looking for. We came across Premier via FB and reached out for an initial consultation. After the owner Nick met with us and walked us through the process of a pool and hardscaping install, we knew that this was the company we felt comfortable to hire. Nick handled the design from scratch which included the following: Fiberglass pool installation (salt water) with heat pump, pool house, hardscaping and landscaping, natural gas firepit. After tweaking and accepting the design, the process was excellent from start to finish. We never felt like Nick thought any question was dumb and he always had our best interest in mind when we rarely had to change things. Communication was top notch and we were always kept up to date and informed on phase progress and any unforeseen delays due to weather or materials (not to the fault of Premier). Premier’s crew were professional and answered my every question as they were working, educating me on what they were doing and why they were doing it. We never had an issue with any of the different crews (electricians, installers, plumbers, carpenters) and each of them went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with their work before they were finished and left. One of the highlights for us was how seamless Nick worked hand in hand with our local landscape company. Once Premier completed their work, Nick communicated constantly with our landscape company to make sure our vision of the project was completed with the landscape and lighting install. The two companies worked together so well I barely had to do anything to coordinate their efforts. In the end we would go with Premier again over anyone else. The process was low stress (for my wife and I who had never owned a pool before ) and we are pleased with their efforts final product. We look forward to Premier servicing our pool opening and closing yearly as well!The photos shown are work in progress and final photos. I absolutely love my little piece of paradise right in my own backyard. Nick was great at communicating the whole time. Quick to respond to any questions.
