We called Tony on a Monday about our liner sagging in a few places. He and his guys came out the next morning and immediately got to work. By that afternoon the 42k gallon pool had been emptied, liner fixed, and water was going back in. We will recommend Budget Pool Liners to all of our friends and use them again when it is time to replace our current liner.
These guys are the best in North Alabama, hands down! I have worked with several others over the years, and have yet to find one with anywhere near the pool wisdom and knowledge that these guys have. They are not only the most knowledgeable, they are also the most communicative,cheapest, and friendliest people I have ever worked with. My pool had massive storm damage in 2014, and this is my 3rd liner since (the first by Budget). This is the 1st time the job was done correctly, and the 1st time that we feel good about the finished product. I can't praise these kind people enough for the awesome job they did. If you want communication throughout the entire process, 35 years of pool knowledge, no b.s. ,and the friendliest people in the game...pick Budget!
I would give this Company a 10 star if I could. We put a new pool liner in ,Tony and Julie were always communicating with us , measured our liner correctly, did it in a timely manner ,and was always coming back and checking on it. After it was installed gave us all the appropriate paperwork to get the warranty in. We had a few questions and concerns and they immediately addressed it and at the final step to turn our pump on everything was perfect. If you need anything concerning a pool CALL Them you will not be wasting your time. They are a very friendly couple and has great customer service.
Very nice people to work with. We called and within 2 weeks they were putting in the new liner.They were fast and very efficient. Also, had the best price around.
