They are super patient, understanding of your learning curve and they never rush you on decisions… ever. They truly go the extra mile to care enough to take the time to have a real conversation with customers, from the very beginning, to project end! They care about how customers feel about such a major purchase, and they pay close attention in meeting exactly your desired pool needs! Melinda is a kind and compassionate, and also most excellent owner/manager who has extensive years in ownership of her pool company, and has a fantastic team who work brilliantly & seamlessly with her extensive leadership all the way through project completion. She’s thorough, and brilliantly organized from start to finish!
The entire team are kind, caring, and truly go the extra mile in showing they honestly care for their customers just as if they are family.
Blake was amazing …. And he spent a great deal of time educating us as new pool owners, from design phase all the way from conception, implementation to completion, as well as even providing what I call “pool 101” to educate us on proper equipment maintenance, water testing, trouble shooting, and didn’t leave out a thing! These amazing folks met and exceeded our expectations, and were always courteous, in addition to taking time to keep us fully informed as to each step of the process. They go the extra mile, and then some!
Special thanks also to Blake for educating me on the Ozone UV AOP system for sanitization and how it differs from salt water cell system. He listened to my specific healthcare needs for using my pool therapeutically and he went into great detail about options that I may want to consider in ALL discussed options. I must say that I LOVE having decided to get the UV Ozone sanitization system instead of corrosive salt cell system! And will always be grateful for him proving this eduction on the relatively new system of sanitization that keeps our pool even more clean! Enjoying everything about our beautiful sparkling clean pool, and knowing how to manage it, and also appreciating the hair and skin benefits of this system as it is odorless, and super gentle for the skin and hair! Wow!!
Just can’t say enough good things about Melinda as well as Blake’s knowledge base, their kindness, hard work, their taking time to patiently work with me and educate me on the options, including the new UV Ozone sanitization system. I additionally learned with my own research that this marvelous system is Mayo Clinic endorsed! And I’m forever grateful to Blake for recommending it!!

We met with three different companies before choosing Terry Pools to install our 14x35 fiberglass pool—and we have zero regrets. Their pricing was straightforward and offered the best overall value for our project. From start to finish, their attention to detail was excellent.

Communication was another strong point. Whether by phone or email with Blake, Clay, or Ms. Terry, every question we had was answered promptly and thoroughly. I was kept informed throughout the entire process, which meant a lot to me—clear communication is key, and they nailed it.

We were also very impressed with their paver installer and concrete decking crew—top-notch workmanship all around. Blake and Clay Terry were consistently on-site with the same crew, which really stood out. That kind of consistency says a lot, and it shows in the finished product.
