Blue Pool Professionals

We have used this pool service for over two years and have always been very happy with the work they do. Everyone we have dealt with has been professional, friendly, and very helpful. Kingston and Jack in the office are always quick to answer questions and help with scheduling, and Miles, the weekly pool tech, does a great job keeping the water clear, balanced, and swim-ready in the Florida heat. Anytime we have needed extra pool service or maintenance, the team has responded quickly and handled everything well. Great service all around and a dependable crew.

If you want a real tropical oasis in your backyard, hire a pool service that knows how to design, build, and keep the water looking great. That is exactly what happened for us, and we could not be happier. i was a little unsure at first after reading a few mixed reviews, but we trusted donald and he came through with an amazing pool that impresses our family, friends, and neighbors every time they visit our home in Delray Beach. The whole team, from the office staff to the field crew, was easy to work with during the entire pool project and startup process. Everyone was polite, professional, and helpful from the first visit to the final water treatment. They stayed on schedule, kept us updated, and delivered exactly what was promised. The deck and stone work looked great, the pool area was left neat each day, and there was never a mess of trash or debris around the yard. What stood out most was how committed they were from start to finish. They showed up when expected, answered questions clearly, and made sure the pool, equipment, and water care were all handled the right way. In the Florida heat, having a clean, sparkling pool ready to enjoy means a lot, and they made the whole experience smooth and stress free. we really appreciated how much care they put into every detail. It is easy for people to focus on negative reviews, but our experience was excellent. This team listens, works hard, and truly cares about the quality of the pool and the service they provide. If we ever build another home and need pool construction, pool cleaning, and regular pool maintenance again, this is the team we would choose without hesitation. they did a great job and created a backyard pool space we enjoy every day.

My experience with Kingston and Miles, the pool technicians for our area, has been excellent. We hired them to acid wash, inspect, refill, and then maintain the pool at a home we were buying, and they consistently kept it in great shape throughout the long purchase process. After closing on the home, we gladly kept them as our regular pool service team, and we have been very happy with the results. the water stays crystal clear, the chemistry has remained balanced, and we have not had any pH issues at all. In the florida heat, that kind of dependable pool maintenance really matters, and they have done a great job with routine cleaning, water care, and overall upkeep. i have also asked for a few extra service items along the way, and they were always happy to help. We are very pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone needing reliable pool care.

We’ve used them for years for regular pool cleaning, filter cleaning, and a few one-time pool service jobs, and they have always done a great job. When it was time to refresh the pool, the plaster had become very worn, some tiles were coming loose, and part of the spa coping had fallen away, so we had them take care of the full pool update as well. Jack was excellent throughout the process, helping us choose the right mix of coping and tile to give the pool a fresh, updated look that fits the Florida style and sunshine. He was easy to work with, answered our questions clearly, and never pushed us toward any specific finish or material. That made the whole pool renovation and resurfacing process feel simple and stress-free. Once the work started, the pool crews showed up on time and handled everything quickly and skillfully. They stayed focused, kept the area organized, and worked in a very professional way from start to finish. The new plaster, tile, and spa coping look fantastic, and the overall pool cleaning and renovation service exceeded our expectations. We’re fully satisfied with the results and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing pool cleaning, pool repair, resurfacing, or remodeling in Delray Beach.

They have been taking care of our pool for a long time, and everything has gone smoothly. The team always lets us know if any pool equipment or parts need repair or replacement, which really helps us stay ahead on maintenance. Our pool water stays clean, balanced, and ready to enjoy, especially with the warm weather in Delray Beach. After every service visit, they send us a clear report so we know exactly what was done. We are very happy with the pool cleaning service, their communication, and their attention to detail. Keep up the great work.
