We recently completed our pool project with Ocean Pools, and overall the final result turned out great. The design and finish of the pool look exactly how we envisioned, and the craftsmanship shows in the details.The project did take longer than expected—about 9 months to complete—which was one of the more challenging aspects of the process. There were also some moments where communication and coordination could have been better during certain phases.That said, the team ultimately delivered a solid end product. The pool itself looks excellent, and we’re happy with how everything came together in the end.If you’re considering Ocean Pools, I would recommend staying closely involved during the build and keeping track of timelines to ensure everything progresses as expected.Overall, we’re satisfied with the final result and are looking forward to enjoying the pool for years to come.
BEWARE! We have been drug along and lied to for months. We gave our deposit mid March. Provide with our HOA approval letter on April 18th. After many stories and excuses they started our pool on June 4th along with our next door neighbors pool. They were to do both pools at the same time. Both job sites have been filled with trash week after week. They promised completion in 3 months. Our pools were not completed until mid November. They poured our footers short, so our cage sits back on one side and is shorter. They sprayed concrete up the side of our home and on the white marble. They finally replaced those tiles. They still have not finished the tile on our water feature. The forman Junior of both our pools never stepped foot on eithet site. NOT ONCE. They, the owners DO NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. NOTHING. CRICKETS. One lie after another. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Our poor neighbor has more problems then we do. They were paid a lot of money for our 2 pools with water features, tanning ledges and hot tubs.Use someone else.
We chose Ocean Pools to remodel our pool and patio as we had visited their showroom and met with Ethan who was extremely knowledgeable about their products and design features. We were so excited as the project began and we met with Gabriele, our project manager who oversaw everything from start to finish. He was always present checking on work that was done and giving us explanations as to what was going to begin next. We are in love with our new pool and patio remodel. We highly recommend Ocean Pools as your go to for pools, remodels and design. And again, We must give extra kudos to Gabriel who was our best friend while the work was being done! He was absolutely fantastic!
Our pool was 20 years old and some of its equipment had stopped working, so it needed a complete renovation. My husband and I took our time and reviewed quotes from 4 pool companies. Fred came over, listened to our needs, took measurements and gave astute and insightful advice on what was needed to make the pool operational and beautiful. We visited the showroom and were assisted by his wonderful partners and team, Ethan, Julio and Suenia. The entire team is warm, professional and knowledgeable about everything concerning pools! In addition. the work was done on schedule and within the quoted price. We’re very pleased with the results and highly recommend them to others.
We have the pool of our dreams thanks to Ethan and Julio of ocean pools. We decided to do a full remodel then just work with an over 20 year old outdated pool we inherited when we bought our house. Got rid of the stone waterfall and made a spa/hot-tub. Replaced back fence, new pavers, artificial turf- with a beautiful 3-d rendering of what the finished product would look like. But i can’t say enough about their level of professionalism, knowledge and patience. They went beyond, answering every phone call or text. And they were quick. They said it would get done over the summer and it was. If I have a question about the Aqual link app, they respond right away.I would highly recommend Ocean pools.i posted some before and after shots
