The pool looks great, exactly as we requested. We did resurfacing, waterline tiles, & repair to returns. The process went smooth, quick, & reasonably priced.
The work was completed properly, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. The quality of the repairs and installation was good, and they made sure the issues were resolved.My only concern was communication. There were several occasions when deliveries or service visits were scheduled without much advance notice, and it was sometimes unclear what was happening or who would be arriving. Better coordination and communication would have made the process much smoother.Overall, I am satisfied with the final result and appreciate their commitment to getting the job done.
Andy at Palm Beach Pool and Spa Services went above and beyond my expectations . He was prompt in returning my call and answered all my questions regarding my pool and pool pump. He promptly came over and installed a brand new pump. I highly recommend Andy and his company for all your pool needs.
I am so glad I called Palm Beach Pool & Spa! My pool developed a yellow film thanks to the pool stores making me dump endless product in it. I called Andy and he came the next day! We made a plan to start from scratch and it worked perfectly. I had a million questions and he so kindly answered every one, every time without delay! I trusted him so much I decided it was time for a new pump and filter cartridge. He worked with me to meet my budget and had it up in running immediately.
