After we bought our home, we found out the pool had gone a long time without proper care. We reached out to The Blue Master Pool & Spa to inspect the system, explain how everything worked, and let us know what the pool needed. Geoffrey walked us through the water chemistry in a simple way, from chlorine balance and pH to parts per million, and helped us understand why the water quality had gotten so far off. He also pointed out several equipment and repair items that needed attention to get the circulation and cleaning system working the right way again. After the pool service, cleanup, and repairs, the difference was huge. The water is now clear, balanced, and safe for swimming, and the whole pool looks refreshed and well maintained. It is a big relief knowing everything is running properly, especially with how often pools get used in the warm weather. That gave us a lot of confidence in the weekly pool maintenance and overall reliability. john has always been very responsive to our questions and very knowledgeable about pool care, water chemistry, and long-term upkeep. matthew and robert take care of the pool each week and do a terrific job. They are friendly, dependable, and always seem glad to be there. We also like that they pay attention to the little details, from keeping the tile line looking good to making sure the pool stays swim-ready in the hot weather. we are very happy with the service, and i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing reliable pool care.
