Wow! What a great job. Pablo, our sales person was exceptional. He stayed in constant contact with us thru out our journey. He worked closely with my wife while I was at work, he was at our house during every step of install from delivery to setup to reviewing maintenance of the spa with her. We have loved the spa and used it everyday since install was finished. I would also like to thank Korbin, Terry, Carter, Grayson, Spencer and Hunter for all the help during install. We had an excellent experience with DFW Hot Tub. The entire team was wonderful to work with, especially Pablo. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. They handled everything, including the electrical work, and everything was done cleanly and professionally. Delivery was punctual, and the treatment throughout the process was very personable and friendly.Since this was our first hot tub, Pablo even came to our home personally to provide training and make sure we understood how everything worked.
