I had an old hot tub that needed to be hauled away. It was in a pretty remote area west of Evergreen. Kayla in the office was very helpful setting up an appointment. The crew showed up on time and knew what to do. The three guys got the tub disconnected and loaded quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Alpine Hot Tub.

Had a relatively difficult job to move the tub. The movers were very professional, and got it done. Would definitely recommend and use again. Even went above and beyond and took extra time to answer some questions and walk through some basics.

Wonderful experience, start to finish. Very professional team. Amazing work!! Beyond pleased!! We got to see super man x3 in action. If I could give Alpine Hot Tub Moving & Hot Tub Repair 6????’s I wouldn’t hesitate to do so. Recently I contacted Alpine because my hot tub was damaged beyond repair. Paul Brown, the owner, responded immediately. I explained that the hot tub was located on a deck in the rear of the house. Paul asked me to forward photos of its location.along with specs and after doing so he followed up promptly with a quote that included having the tub removed using a crane. Two days before the scheduled removal I received a call from Alpine confirming the details including the arrival time. The morning of, I received a text informing me the crew was on the way. They arrived exactly on time, and, from start to finish, they were incredibly professional, did not waste a second, and were very congenial. Also, I would be remiss not mentioning the driver/operator of the crane. My driveway is 200 feet, is narrow in some areas, curves, and is steep. It was absolutely incredible watching the crane being maneuvered up the driveway and set up. As I recall, the crane arm extended 93 feet. I was mesmerized watching the operator maneuver the arm directly over the rear deck following which a crewman attached a large hook to the straps around the tub which was then hoisted from the deck, moved to the driveway and then to a flat bed truck. Watching the crew work as a team and the care taken to ensure that the tub was removed safely and without any damage to the house was impressive. And, when all was said and done, the total cost was exactly as quoted and reasonable. To wrap this up, I could not be more pleased with Alpine and highly recommend them.

Mitch and his team were amazing! Really great guys. It was a tricky move but they handled it like the pros they are. The whole experience with Alpine was top notch. Communication was great. They were on time and there were no surprise charges. If you want your move to go smoothly, and be done right at a good price, look no further!
