Rod has helped me several times through the years keep an aging hot tub going. He is always super communicative, timely and thorough. Most recently I had a pump connection rust out and needed to be replaced. He installed a new one in and helped me with a few follow-up items. Highly recommend.
Rod was so friendly and attentive. We just moved into a house with an existing hot tub, and we noticed a leak. Rod came out and assessed the problem, ordered the replacement part, and repaired our hot tub within a week. He was so responsive and great to work with. He even looked through the chemicals that were left by the previous owner and gave us recommendations on what to use/throw out. Highly recommend working with Blue Moon!
