We have an older vinyl liner pool we had a problem with the drain and could not find anyone to help us fix it. Debbie took our call on a sunday and sent someone the next week to fix the leak. We very happy to recommend her for any pool or spa needs , Elliott Silver.
My Jacuzzi stopped heating so I called DND. Dan and Debbie were very responsive. He came out to diagnose it the next day. He ordered the part and came back to install it w/in 3 days. Dan is very knowledgeable after 36 years in business, I'm sure he's seen it all. I highly recommend his work.
DnD spas were our angel on earth the Sunday before Christmas! Our new Aquarest hot tub was delivered but wouldn’t heat and the jets wouldn’t turn on. Thanks to their extensive knowledge they were able to assist me in troubleshooting via FaceTime. 10/10 would recommend! And for any future issues - I’m calling DnD!
Im so thankful for the time Debbie spent explaining the measurements of my above ground pool before ordering. She spent an hour telling me about the different above ground pools and how the measurements should be. I didn't buy my pool from them and I've never met them before but she helped walk me through some troubleshooting as I am replacing the liner on my pool that I bought from Facebook marketplace. I have no idea the correct size or where it was bought but she was able to guide me in what to purchase and what type of weather to wait for as I replace the liner. As it's been a cold wet rainy spring they are backed up and she told me not to get frustrated as many people want their pools done but the weather is not being compliant. She was super kind super helpful and didn't need to help someone who didn't purchase anything from them but felt kind enough to spend her time and energy explaining to me all the things I had done right and how I could be successful in the future replacing my liner. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a pool or any kind of service work done you don't get this kind of customer care anymore especially when you're not even a legit customer to someone who found them online to answer some questions.
