Central Iowa Pools is my go to for all things pool! It’s nice to have water testing on site and you have your own profile. This is super helpful when trying to troubleshoot various issues. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable! Would highly recommend!
We have been customers of Central Iowa Pool and Spa for 10 years. They have taught us so much about caring for our pool and answer every question we have with patience. We recently had a new liner installed by Dylan and Kyer and we are so happy. Not only are they super knowledgeable, but they taught us even more things about pool care. We appreciated how careful and particular they were with our property too! We never imagined being pool owners. We give all the credit to Mario, Dan, Kate and the rest of the crew for the confidence we have today.
Had a new liner installed in my pool. First thing was the liner was great asset to our pool! Also the 2 guys who came to install it were Outstanding! They had it installed in about two hours without 1 wrinkle in it. They were Kyler and Dylan. Note to Mario: Treat these guys good, they are outstanding employees. Very happy with the liner and the install!
They have closed our pool for many years. We’ve had them come for some service calls also over the past few years. After my recent experience with the service department, we will move on from using their services. I came to them to discuss a pool problem I was having. Went home and followed the instructions, called back to follow up and ask for them to come out to do some other repairs. It was clear they didn’t want to do business with me. When I finally got a chance to Dan, to ask for someone to come out, he “referred” me to someone who doesn’t answer their phone and their mailbox was full. I’m sure they won’t miss my business. It’ll free up some time to spend on someone more important.
Central Iowa pool and Spa has been a life saver for our family the past few years. Everyone is super knowledgeable, never over sells me on product or materials, yet gives me just what is needed to keep our pool clean. April is my Girl!! She's knows her pools, respectful, loveable and funny!
