1st off the communication was great. The install went very smooth without any glitches (except for the 1 snow day). I knew what I wanted and they offered their suggestions and saved me money in the long run. The crew was amazing. Can't think of any negatives. I highly recommend them if your looking for a new pool. Customer service was also great. I had a lot of questions being a 1st time pool owner. They always was willing to answer any of my questions , even if they was kinda silly. .Thanks again Mark and the crew
Juárez installed our fiberglass, saltwater pool in the spring of 2023 and did an outstanding job! They employ a team of extremely hard workers and have been responsive to our every question and need since that time. They recently opened our pool for the 2024 season and went above and beyond to troubleshoot why our pool heater wasn’t working. A mouse had chewed through one of the wires and they took it upon themselves to fix it to ensure our heater was functional. We would recommend Juárez for all of your pool needs!
Sam and Mark and their team at Juarez Excavating & Fiberglass Pools are personable, knowledgeable and easily accessible during the building process. Our pool was started in early November and was completed by Christmas due to a pool house being built at the same time and some late fall/early winter weather. The process went smoothly and their workers really knew what they were doing. It was a step by step process and they performed beautifully. Aside from confirming the final position of the pool we were rarely needed onsite. The team worked quickly and professionally, despite an extremely wet spring, to complete our total build in ~1 month.+ Great Communication:- All our concerns and requests were responded to in a prompt and professional manner.- Any decisions that needed to be made were relayed with all options meticulously spelled out.+ Great Follow-up:- The team at Juarez was willing and able to tackle additional requests related to the construction of the pool in a timely manner and without hesitation (tiling our downspouts).My wife and I would 100% recommend this company to all individuals looking to add a fiberglass pool to their property.
