The sales people were easy to talk to. No pressure. The installers and everyone at the company communicated as promised! The installers were efficient, experienced, and did a great job getting the hot tub set in place and answering any questions we might have.
Deb is amazing to work with!! She answered every question we had and she helped us along the way! No pressure sales with this company! Delivery went perfect and now we are ready for our hybrid cover to come in but in the mean time SPS made sure we had a cover to use till ours gets here! Great customer service!Delivery guys made sure they placed it exactly where we wanted it! They also went through set up instructions and answered all questions we had! We chose Swimming Pool Supply Co for their Master Spa USA made quality Swim Spa for their incredible reputation for high quality products! We had been looking for years, and finally decided it was the perfect size for our family & for overall exercise benefits for swimming & rowing! We loved that the Swim Spa offered temperatures of 80-104 degrees to set for all year long use in Iowa! Some other competitors in the area would only go to 99 degrees. Ryan was amazing to work with ! He helped us pick out the perfect Swim Spa with all the features we were looking for and did not put pressure on us. He explained all the features in detail, and possible options! Highly recommended their company and friendly service! The owner was was great as well! Thanks Guys!! ??????????

The delivery guys were fantastic (can’t remember their names…my 53 year old brain sucks!). They put it exactly where I wanted it, and did a very through explanation on how the hot tub operates and how to maintain it. The boss has 18 years of installation experience and had me take a video of his instruction—invaluable! The younger blonde dude fell on his butt but only his pride was hurt (ha!). I highly recommend this business if you’re thinking of getting a hot tub.
