Mitch is amazing! Super knowledgeable about hot tubs and very easy to work with. He took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping you find the right fit. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish. We purchased a hot tub and have been impressed with everyone we have worked with! Our salesperson Gracie was great and made everything easy! Josh, Shane, Jake and Chris were professional and took care when delivering and setting the tub up. Rob was so helpful when teaching us how to use the chemicals and care for it. He took the extra time and answered all our questions! Overall great experience so far.
Had a great experience with Beninati Spa for my hot tub service. Everything was easy from scheduling to the actual visit.Aireus was the technician who came out, and he did an excellent job. He showed up on time, was very professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain what he was checking and made sure everything was running properly before leaving.You can tell he takes pride in his work, which I really appreciated. It’s not always easy to find reliable service like this.Highly recommend Beninati Spa, and definitely ask for Aireus if you can!

Had a great experience purchased a hot tub from Sam he was great throughout the purchase. Had an exceptional customer service experience with my repair technician Josh he was very knowledgeable and diligent to fix an issue. He stayed and continued to work on unit until repair was complete, very polite. What a great experience all around. Would absolutely recommend Beninati to anyone looking for a pool or Spa.
