Used them for several years for pool and hot tub. Started out good but then everything went south. The pool and hot tub were unusable most of last year. All they had were non stop excuses. I ended up firing them and didn’t want to pay the opening invoice because I had to pay another company to fix their mistakes. They almost doubled my original charge over two month late charge. I do not recommend them.
We had a heater leaking on our Hot Springs tub, and it was causing the tub to leak over a foot of water a day, causing us to have to refill on an almost daily basis. This was difficult in the winter weather, and a big drain on our water. The other local stores found were weeks out in scheduling for the repair. Jeremy was available within a couple days, and cared about our situation. He was helpful, prompt, and even willing to help near the holidays last minute. Jeremy’s work was quick, he was knowledgeable, and nice to work with. We will continue to use The Hot Tub Guy!
Came out and told me my motor was bad and paid 600 and that was not the problemThen he said it was my modular and that would cost me 500 but he has no warranties on his work, and for him to return a call you will be waiting a long time for that, not to mention never heard from him again to do the job , he was too busy camping and winterizing his camper. Do NOT recommend Jeremy at all!!!!
Jeremy was absolutely AWESOME!!! Came out for our initial diagnostics on Mother's Day and came to install our new board the day the parts arrived!!! Jeremy was very helpful on my initial call to him and made quick availability of himself to get my hot tub up and going. Strong communicator with his ETA and the diagnosis and work performed with my issue was very solid. Will certainly call again.
