5-Stars to Precision Pools entire team, who we contracted in Park City, Utah, to renovate our 45 year old pool, add two new spas, and complete all new mechanical system for our new pool house. They helped with design and finishes, all work was done to top quality. Their crews and office team were all top quality, from owner Doug who is hands on and responsive, to Jared who handled the onsite project, and his crews, service team, pool cover subcontractor, plaster and coping concrete crews. My inground pool has slowly leaked for years, and it was not easy to find where-- because it was mostly in the winter. But Doug in concert with Troy Booth, TSB Services Utah, found that my skimmer never had rebar to hold it in place over Utah's winters. I now have a new skimmer, and want to thank both of them, but also the workers: Christian, Daniel and Juan, who took great care to finish/tile trim the opening also. These 3 workers were the best I've seen of any kind of hired professionals in 3 years, doing any kind of work. My deep appreciation to Doug and Bryce.

I called Precision for a service repair issue, and they were booked for the week. Steve fit me into the schedule for the next day. Raphael, the service technician came the next day and stayed until the problem was resolved. We can now have our family party for the Labor Day Weekend. Great service. I had the opportunity to photograph several Precision Pools projects last spring as their architectural photographer, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.

The projects themselves were beautiful. Each pool and outdoor environment was thoughtfully designed and executed with a clear sense of taste and proportion. As a photographer who spends a lot of time studying landscape architecture and outdoor spaces, it is always a pleasure to work on projects where the design truly speaks for itself.

Bryce and the Precision Pools team were fantastic to work with throughout the process. Coordination was smooth, communication was clear, and they consistently met me on site to make sure each location was cleaned, staged, and ready to photograph. That level of preparation makes a huge difference when capturing work at a professional level.

I also appreciated the creative trust they extended. They allowed me the space to approach the projects with a photographer’s eye and capture the work in a way that highlights the craftsmanship and atmosphere of each space.

On the business side, everything was handled professionally. One shoot in particular had to be rescheduled multiple times because of high winds and bad weather. Architectural photography is very dependent on conditions, and they were incredibly understanding and flexible as we worked through the rescheduling. In my experience, you really see a company’s character when things don’t go according to plan, and Precision Pools handled the situation with professionalism and patience.

Payment was prompt, communication was consistent, and the entire process felt organized and respectful of everyone’s time. It was a pleasure documenting their work, and I look forward to photographing more of their projects in the upcoming season.
