614 pools closed our pool this past fall. The technicians that came out to service our pool, were great! During the closing process, he accidentally broke our pool railing and advised that when they return to open our pool, we would receive a replacement. We were not upset about the situation, and appreciated the accountability of damage and acknowledgement of replacement.Come to opening time, we requested our pool opening for the first week of May (in March) which was confirmed via email. When the first week of May rolled around, we had heard no confirmation of a date or scheduled appointment and zero communication. When we reached out, come to find out they did not have us scheduled for the first week of May but claimed we were scheduled for May 11th. When May 11th came around, we had heard nothing and again no one showed up to our home to open the pool. After leaving several voicemails and leaving a 1 star review, Laurie reached out and scheduled us for Thurs May 14th. This day approached and again, no one showed and we recieved no communication of canceling or rescheduling us. When we followed up we were told that "our appointment was canceled because of a bad Google review left".I too have called and left messages with Laurie about having a manager return my call, to which has not happened and likely won't happen. She continued to say "I will let them know" or "I'll leave this message for them". Clearly communication with customers and within their own staff is lacking as we have had zero correspondence from them with appointment date confirmations and or time slots. Apparently leaving a message with Laurie is useless as no managers will ever return your call if there is a concern. Not the best way to run a small business if you care about your customer satisfaction and experience.All that we ask, is that this company replace our broken pool railing and we will no longer request any services from your business. Hold yourselves accountable for causing damage to your our and other customer's property.Before booking any services with this company, do yourself a favor and check out their D+ rating on BBB. This company is NOT accredited by BBB and that speaks volumes. I wish I would have known this before booking them to close our pool this past fall, but hindsight is always 20/20.

I had an outstanding experience with 614 Pools. Technicians Marcus and Bryon were professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough. They arrived right on time and kept me informed every step of the way with text updates and progress photos during the liner installation which I really appreciated.They also offered excellent recommendations for colored fixtures that truly elevated the look of the pool. Their attention to detail and customer service were top-notch from start to finish. They also made sure to check in with me regarding the pool water levels so my next appointment could be scheduled.All around, a fantastic experience. I would absolutely recommend 614 Pools to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality pool service.
The gentlemen who came to measure our pool we're very professional and polite. They needed to take off the pool cover for measurements and made sure it was put back in place and neat before leaving. Were also helpful in providing liner options and explanation of differences in thickness.
