We are very happy with the service we have received this year. We have used a few different companies over the years and this has been the best company to work with. Great and fast communication. Fast service when I had a pool emergency. The weekly report after each cleaning is great. They also quickly got me an estimate and repair made when we needed to replace a part. Very glad we switched to Endless Summer and looking forward to the rest of the clean pool season!

Very rude and unprofessional staff. The office manager is combative, never experienced anything even close to how this person talked to me. Remember, you work for your customers, not the other way around. There are dozens of more pool companies in this city. The pool cleaners were talking on the phone constantly during the cleaning. Chemicals are not balanced at all. The cleaners lied and said everything was balanced on the sheet but it is not true.
Guess what, it takes me 30 seconds to run a test strip myself. They wouldn't even agree to send someone back out to run a test strip again. They aren't up to the task to diagnose actual issues. Stay far, far away from these people.

Does Endless Summer need to drain a pool for light repairs?
Usually not: bulbs and gaskets can be replaced with the fixture on the deck, and fixture replacement can also be done with water in the pool. Very cold water can make the work difficult because staff may need to enter the pool; the company prefers to do these repairs when the water is warm.
Does Endless Summer arrive at a set time each week?
Service is scheduled for the same day each week except around national holidays, but arrival time may vary with staffing, weather and other appointments.
