We couldn’t be happier with our new pool! The whole Bella team was fantastic — professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. All of their subcontractors were great too — friendly, skilled, and respectful of our property. Even when we hit a few snags along the way, they handled everything quickly and made it right. The pool looks amazing, the equipment works flawlessly, and the support after completion has been outstanding. Highly recommend them!
Bella Pools by Design did a wonderful job designing and building our pool that was completed in April 2024. We really liked that we could see the design by AutoCAD drawing on the big screen at the preliminary and final stage, modify it and work with John Delaforce to come up with something that was functional and beautiful to our backyard. John did a great job designing the pool and came up with wonderful ideas to make the pool looked harmonious with the house, backyard terrain and landscape. He designed such an elegant, modern, simple and refined pool that we enjoy looking at every day. We appreciate the water feature that he put in and the stone and paver type they use. We are very happy with our pool!!The construction went well and Joe did a wonderful job managing it. He was knowledgeable and responsive, and the crews worked on our project were great. We also use Pristine Pools, their other company, for pool cleaning and maintenance, and are very happy with the services.We highly recommend Bella Pools by Design if you are looking to build a custom-designed pool.
We just finished a pool with Blue Haven Pools and the process was very smooth. John Delaforce worked through the design and planned a beautiful pool. Joe managed the construction offering some changes at the start we appreciate now that the project is finished. Jay Jones came in for swim school and helped to make sure all of the equipment was up and running correctly and even answered a question at 7pm on a Saturday! We could not be more pleased with Blue Haven!!
