Rain or shine the guys have been here every week keeping the pool clean and water balanced. This week they will come twice due to hard rains causing overflow. Last month they came out same day to replace a leaking sand filter cap. They handle all your pool needs.
Lake Norman Pool and Spa is terrific. I get my water tested there a couple times a month. The young man who works the counter is super helpful and always upbeat. They always have the supplies I need!!

I have used B&G for many years. They converted my salt water pool to chlorine, so.much easier to maintain. They installed a new liner a few years ago. What a big job, came out perfect, quality job. Open and close my pool every year. They installed a new pump, and I thought everything was OK. But B& G replaced it under warranty, Said it was too noisy and had a factory defect. How many companies would do that, i hadn't even complained. Also I use Easy Pool. Keeps my pool in perfect balance, along with the robot pool cleaner they sold me. So all the advice they have given me over the years has been right on. Excellent people to work with. And I think their $ rates are reasonable. Highly recommend them.
Staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. When I started going there 3 years ago they helped me learn about different water treatment options. Now I use a mineral bas d plan with way less chlorine that doesn't hurt my wife or daughters skin. A+++ this is the only place I go.
