Then Andrew wrapped everything up by teaching us the ins and outs of pool ownership—from chemicals and water flow to setting up the app and answering every "what if" question we could think of. He made what initially felt overwhelming seem simple and manageable.The customer service didn't stop once construction was complete. The first time we needed to test our pool water, we brought a sample to the service department because we were nervous we'd mess something up. The manager immediately knew who we were and patiently walked us through the results, making sure we understood exactly what to do.As an added bonus, Blue Haven even connected us with a landscaper they work with in the same building, making the entire backyard project seamless from start to finish.Every person we worked with genuinely cared about our experience and took pride in their work. Now that we understand how to use everything correctly and we are getting to really enjoy our pool, we wanted to get a review in for our pool built by Blue Haven Pools in Edmond, OK. First, Don was an amazing and trustworthy salesman who came through for us. His integrity showed throughout the process and he never made us feel like we were bothering him with our questions. He came up with a beautiful pool design for our backyard and got us through any hurdles or design changes we wanted that came up. He went above and beyond to get what we wanted from our pool. Brent and Dell were the same and very helpful at correcting anything we perceived as potential problems and even some, we did not see. Jessica was great at keeping us posted on work progress and what to expect each step of the way. Our pool was built in an exceptionally timely manner, faster than any pool we’ve had built in the past even with winter weather. Ryan, Taylor and the entire service crew we have met have all been knowledgeable and helpful in showing us how to use the equipment and take care of the pool. It took us awhile to get it all down, but we have it now and will be enjoying our pool for years to come.

We had our pool built by Blue Haven, with completion in October 2020. Unfortunately, we’ve experienced multiple issues that have been very disappointing given the investment and the relatively short amount of time since installation.First, the plaster has shown significant deterioration far earlier than what would reasonably be expected. Despite consistent weekly professional pool service, the surface has developed discoloration, blotching, rough and uneven texture, and areas that appear to be prematurely wearing. The pool already looks much older than it is, which is concerning for a build completed just a few years ago.In addition, we have previously had multiple leaks that required repair. While those issues are currently resolved, they added to the overall concern regarding the quality of the original construction.Another major issue has been with the travertine pool deck. We invested a significant amount into this upgrade, only to later discover that the travertine was installed over a gravel base rather than a solid foundation. As a result, we are now experiencing cracking, shifting, and separation in multiple areas. This is not what we would expect from a properly installed deck and has been extremely frustrating.In trying to resolve these concerns, we’ve reached out to both Blue Haven and our pool service company. Unfortunately, we’ve been caught in a cycle of each party deflecting responsibility—Blue Haven attributing issues to maintenance, and the pool service pointing back to construction and installation quality. This has left us without any real resolution.Given that this project was completed in October 2020, the level of deterioration in both the plaster and decking does not seem consistent with normal wear and tear, especially with ongoing professional maintenance.We would have preferred to resolve this directly, but after multiple attempts without progress, we feel it’s important to share our experience so others can make informed decisions.At this point, we are pursuing an independent evaluation to better understand the root cause of these issues.
We chose Blue Haven to build our dream pool after researching several other companies. We met Don Beam at the Oklahoma Home and Garden Show then met with him where we provide our vision and dream for what we wanted. Don was just amazing and gave us the perfect design for our pool. He was so great to work with along with everyone else at Blue Haven. Jessi was amazing during the construction process and communicated very well letting us know what to expect throughout the build. Joe and Brent came out and mapped out the plans, and were very accommodating with a change I wanted. Del oversaw the other aspects of the construction on-site. He was extremely knowledgeable and nice to work with. After completion, Zach came out and showed us how everything worked. He gave us a thorough overview of everything. The leadership of Blue Haven is solid and truly cares about their customers. Anytime I was at Blue Haven for a design meeting, the boss Tyler always came in to shake my hand and say hi. I truly enjoyed visiting with him and appreciate the leadership and commitment to customers. I highly recommend Blue Haven for anyone wanting to build their dream pool! Our family is very thankful!
