Rose Hill Pools & Builders

We hired Rose Hill to build our pool in 2020, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The pool and surrounding concrete turned out absolutely beautiful, and quality of their work really shows. Their team was great to work with from start to finish - professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They've also been quick to address any questions or concerns we've had even after the project was complete. I would highly recommend Rose Hill for anyone looking to build or remodel a pool.

We recently finished our pool with Rose Hill Builders and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Working with Derek Swann was a pleasure; his communication was excellent, and he made sure the entire process ran smoothly and seamlessly. The quality of the work is truly top-notch, from the beautiful ivory travertine to the stunning Sapphire Treasure finish. It’s clear that Derek takes immense pride in his craftsmanship. If you’re looking for a builder who is professional, easy to deal with, and delivers a high-end result, we highly recommend Derek and his team

We got several quotes from different pool companies. We chose Rose Hill because of Brad and the detail and explanation of the quote and his insight into what would be best for the space we had. We had an outstanding experience with Brad and the Rose Hill Pools team and couldn't be happier with our pool. First we met with our Project Manager Brad, who was fantastic from the quote throughout the every step in the building of our pool. His communication was spot on and his honesty was refreshing. If you're planning on building a pool, I wouldn't choose anyone else. Thank you Brad and Rose Hill team!

Great experience with Rose Hill Builders! Brad Dicus and his team were responsive and professional throughout the entire process...and they continue to follow-up to make sure we are completely satisfied with our pool. Great people, great company, quality workmanship! I highly recommend Brad and Rose Hill Builders!

I had an amazing experience working with Matt and Devin. They are honest and upfront. Devin walked us through every step of the way and all the repairs from beginning to end. He handled all of the insurance issues, which there were many, to make sure we got what was covered and the quality deserved. They handled all the contractors and subcontractors personally while working all the repairs around my schedule. I’ve had a roof replaced once before and this was a much better experience. With Devin and Matt I felt taken care of and that all the repairs were quality repairs that conformed to the regulations and even exceeded what was standard so that the repairs were more sturdy than what was previously there. There isn’t a piece of mind better than knowing your house is stronger than it was before. They also quickly answered every question and resolved any issues I had. They were fast, professional, and made sure I got the quality and style I wanted. I can’t recommend this company enough, they did an amazing job!
