Zoe Pools

Jeff did a remodel project for us…replaster and new tile for our pool. We were immediately impressed by his knowledge of all things pool related. We did have some hiccups along the way which really were out of his control, but he did not hesitate to take full responsibility for all things related to our project and always made things right. Our pool is now absolutely beautiful. And he is still available to help when we have questions related to pool chemistry or other pool issues. You will be in excellent hands if you choose Zoe Pools for your pool project!

Our pool turned out beautiful, and we have been very happy with the end result. The issues we ran into during the process were related to contractors, not Jeff, and he was quick to step in and make things right. He clearly knows pools, is straightforward, and uses top-of-the-line equipment and materials. Even now, if we have a question or concern, he is always helpful and quick to respond. This is not some big corporate company building a million pools a year. It is a family-owned company, and it shows in the level of service, honesty, and personal attention they provide.

Jeff the owner of Zoe Pools is awesome. I was a new customer and he squeezed us in working through the weekend to get our pool and hot tub in tip top shape for a 4th of July pool party. Thanks again Zoe Pools! You definitely won over a new customer.

I cannot say enough good about this company and its owner, Jeff. When selecting a company to sign with to build our dream pool and convert our backyard from COMPLETE CHAOS (we have 2 huskies, a chocolate lab, and a Jack Jack), we met with several different companies with tons of experience and an impressive portfolios, quick turnaround time; all of the things. Ultimately, we chose Zoe Pools because despite all of the competitors polish, they did not have a Jeff. We knew immediately that he is who we wanted on this job after meeting him. He came to our home with his laptop. Walked the backyard with us and listened to all of our dreams and concerns with the space. He brought it all to life with his computer programming. This was impressive, but it was his excitement, and obvious LOVE for building pools that made the difference for us. He brought perspective and brilliant ideas to our attention that were not even a blip on our radar. Quite the perfectionist. We only had to go to OKC/Edmond one time to pick out our tiles, pebble tech, and pavers. All other meetings, he has come to our home. This has been a long and literally messy process as our backyard was renovated (we started in November and Oklahoma weather doesn’t care how quickly I’d like a pool). Even at the halfway point, it was still quite the mess but that is to be expected when the wheel is being reinvented! We have complete trust in what the finished product will be! Jeff has made it the best experience possible. He has made himself available at all times, communicates with us respectfully and honestly, very upfront about any potential issues, he’s a problem solver, people pleaser-YES man! I had an issue with our WiFi allowing AquaLink to connect to control our pumps today while my husband was at work. This man was next to me crawling up on a step stool to access our wireless router, with his tech guy on speaker phone, trying to help me help him troubleshoot this so we could get the job done today. No other company is going to offer this level of customer service! The crews that he contracts with are the best of the best. We are treated like family, and it’s appreciated beyond measure. I will post photos when the pool is a wrap. We cannot wait to share our amazing experience with you all! Please feel free to reach out if you’d like any more information about my experience. **Poolside photo of Finch at almost finished point just for funzies!! Finished pool photos to come!**

We recently completed a new pool and spa build with Zoe Pools. While we had briefly owned a pool before, the process of planning and building one was completely new to us. Jeff eased all of our worries and walked through the process step by step. He was constantly on the job overseeing work that was being completed, as well as checking on things even when workers weren't present. It was a quick (61 days thanks to the end of summer drought!) process that had minor hiccups which are to be expected with any project, but Jeff was always there to reassure us and answer questions we had. He was quick with responsiveness, and the contractors he used were always respectful and clean. At the end of the day, we are so pleased with the end result and not only refer to Zoe Pools as our pool builder, but also a friend.
